I'm Mike
Founder of The Recrutiment Pioneers, and designer of the Profit and Lifestyle Model for recruitment.
I'm also a recovering recruiter.

Since then I’ve grown and sold two multi-million-pound recruitment companies of my own.
The first sold for a headline price of £24m and the second for £15m.
They were mine from day one, with no investors. We had to earn our growth.
Only a handful of people can make a claim like that and hardly any can claim to have done it twice.
For the last 10 years, give or take, I've been helping other recruitment owners scale their firms.
The P&L Model is based on what made my firms work, and the lessons learnt from the 100's of recruitment clients I have worked with.
